Grades K-7th welcome boys and girls

Players will work with Coach Mike Garrity developing all aspects of their game. Dribbling, Shooting, Ball handling, Offense and Defense, and age appropriate instructional games will be part of the sessions.

TOT'N PLAY SUPER-FUN WEEKS OF ADVENTURE

Days:  Monday – Friday

Times:  9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Location:  Burying Hill Beach

Ages:  Children, ages 3 through 5
            Child must be toilet trained       

Fee:  $345 per camper, per session

         *$275 for 4 day week (July 3-, 5-7)

ELITE SUMMER BASEBALL CAMPS

Under the guidance of I.S.T. Sports Headquarters Pro Staff, each player will have the opportunity to develop the fundamental and advanced skills of the game, learn sportsmanship, socialize with their peers, develop leadership qualities and actively participate as a valuable team member.  I.S.T. works hand in hand with Westport Little League so they are highly familiar with our community.  A typical day includes stretching, hitting, infield and outfield practice and drills, game situations, base running and modified games.  Participants should bring plenty of drinks and snacks.

NFL Experience - SUMMER Flag Football 

I.S.T. Pro Staff will lead the way as we offer this up and coming popular, non-contact program for football.  The program will cover all aspects of football training skills and will incorporate general speed and agility training as well as sport and position specific drills and skills development.  In addition to skills training, each camp day will include instructional flag football games.  Each Friday will be Super Bowl Friday where players will compete in fun and exciting football skills competitions like punting and passing along with a week ending game. Players will learn fundamental football skills as well as receive speed and agility training. Players will be competing against each other in a variety of exciting challenges that will vary from day to day. They will learn how to push themselves to be their best and to work as team. We will end each day with a competitive two-hand touch football game. The players will leave excited and tired, smiling ear to ear. Bring a lot of water and a snack!

PRO PASS, SWING AND SHOOT CAMPS

Join I.S.T.'s Pro Staff and rotate through amazing skill developmental programs with I.S.T.'s finest! Sessions will include basketball, lacrosse, football (non-contact) and Pro baseball skill development and games.  In addition to the four main sports, participants will play and participate in:

• Ladder Toss
• Corn Hole
• Ring Toss
• Can Jam
• Kick Ball plus more fun sports activities!

Lead by I.S.T.'s pro coaches, players will spend time in an exciting sports atmosphere developing their skills, competing and playing in fun instructional games. The clinic will include different contests including home run derby, 3-point and shooting contest and passing accuracy tests. Even if you do not play all of these sports, the experience will be exciting for all participants! Choose the sports and games you love to play and develop each day!
