*In case of inclement weather, the program will move indoors to IST Sports Headquarters, 25 Van Zant Street, Norwalk, CT

Activities include baseball, football, basketball and everyone's favorite gym games including; Sharks and Minnows, Clean out the backyard, Crazy Hoops, Circle Run, Aliens and Astronauts, Team Freeze tag, Group Juggle, Simon Says, Soccer Home Run Derby, Ultimate Frisbee, Nukem, Frisbee Golf, Monarch Ball, Steal the Bacon, HORSE, Around the World, Knockout, etc.
