We are approaching the Spring baseball season. With the Winter sessions winding down and the weather cooperating this Winter we are going to offer an extension of the Winter sessions to all players interested in continuing to practice.

Below please find our three week Pre-Season Spring training baseball options. These clinics bridge the gap between the Winter sessions ending and the Spring baseball seasons starting in Mid April.

Pre-Season Baseball Clinics

Join IST Pro staff at the field and get ready for the upcoming Spring season! Each session will include skills development in all aspects of the game including

• hitting
• throwing
• fielding
• base-running
• pitching
• and instructional gameplay

There is nothing better than knowing the Spring baseball season is around the corner! Join us for exciting baseball practice and skills development. All skills levels welcome!

Notes: Inclement weather will cause the program to cancel for the day and not be rescheduled.

***Participants that run into conflicts with little league tryouts or start of season games will be offered non-conflicting clinic times on those days.***

Football, Football Sunday!

Football Clinics: Age 5 - 12

I.S.T. Pro Staff will lead the way as we offer this up-and-coming popular, non-contact program for football.  The program will cover all aspects of football training skills and will incorporate general speed and agility training as well as sport and position specific drills and skill development.  In addition to skills training, sessions will include instructional non-contact games. 

 *Notes: Inclement weather will cause the program to cancel and a make-up will be offered.
