Christina Wolf Softball Bio
College Experience-
Christina played at Southern Connecticut State University and was a captain and scholarship player her senior year. She was as standout slugger and excelled at third base, catcher and outfield. During her tenure at SCSU she was a 3-Time Northeast-10 conference commissioners honor roll selection, 2-Time Northeast-10 Conference softball all-academic team, 2009 Division II Athletic Directors Association Academic Achievement Award winner, NE-10 weekly Honor Roll, 2009 NE-10 player of the week, and lastly throughout her senior year in 2009 was ranked amongst top NE-10 leaders in batting average, RBI’s, doubles, total bases and hit by pitches. She was second on her team in hits both her junior and senior year. She also led her team in on base percentage her senior year. After graduating from college, Christina had an opportunity to join AIST, which recruits college players to play in an overseas tournament, to play over in Belgium and the Netherlands. Christina helped lead her team to capture Amsterdam Canal Series championship. During the tournament she went 6-for-19 with two triples, two doubles, two singles, and three walks. She also drove in a handful of runs along the way.
Coaching Experience-
Was an Assistant High School Varsity Coach at Career High School in New Haven, CT for two years. Christina is currently in her third year as an Assistant Varsity Coach at Stamford High School where she works with hitters, infield, pitchers and catchers. She is the Head Coach for the CT Rebels U18 travel softball team.
