natural yogis; come and experience a playful fun approach to
yoga.
ABC YOGA
(3-5 years)
How
about teaching the ABC's, letter recognition and sounds through
yoga?
Each
class will target the ABC’s by using animal yoga poses, sign
language, movement, and imagination.
YOGA &
LITERACY (18mo.-5 years)
Dr.
Seuss in a down dog? This children's yoga program integrates yoga
and storytelling. A perfect class for siblings.
PAJAMA
YOGA (3-5 years)
Kids should wear their pajamas to this special evening class!
Gentle and relaxing yoga poses along with breathing and
visualization techniques will soothe your child before bedtime.
AFTER-SCHOOL YOGA
(6-10 years)
Blow off some steam after a hard day of school. We’ll learn how
to stress less by moving, breathing, and learning more about our
bodies.
YOGA FOR
YOUNG ATHLETES (6-10
years)
This class caters to developing athletes wishing to heighten their
body control, awareness, and balance, vital skills to all sports.
Using strength-building poses, the class will promote breathing,
confidence, and mental focus in competitive situations.
YOGA FOR
SPORTS PERFORMANCE (11-16 years)
This class focuses on helping young athletes develop proficiency
in concentration, focus, and breath control. Each class is
designed to strengthen and stretch every area of the body to
improve mental awareness, concentration, balance, flexibility, and
strength.
STRESSLESS
YOGA FOR GIRLS (11-16 years)
Chill out in this relaxing yoga class – for girls only. We will
learn how to stress less, all while having fun hangin’ out doing
yoga.
