11-13 year old Speed, Agility, and Strength 
This program is designed specifically for athletic development in a fun, safe, and well organized forum.
Many young athletes play the same sport year round and become good at only a   few skills athletically. This leads to more injuries and often a shorter ceiling on where a kid can develop in their chosen sport. Injuries are often created by repetitive motions and skills that are done so frequently throughout the year. Many studies have shown that 50-60% of injuries in youth sports are a result of overuse, however of those injuries it is estimated that more than half could be prevented with proper training, and focusing on developing fundamental athletic abilities. By participating in the Athletic Synergy Off-Season program, the athletes will improve their:

  • Coordination, strength, speed, and power
  • Agility, and Running Mechanics
  • Core Stability, Balance, and Injury Prevention
  • Flexibility, Range of Motion
  • Proper Rest and Active Recuperation
  • Mental Focus and Preparation
  • Cardiovascular Endurance and Stamina
  • Body Composition and Nutritional Knowledge

Program is open to all Athletes 10-13 years old and will continue to run on a 6 week cycle, twice a week for a total of 12 sessions over 6 weeks.

Start Dates:

  • Wednesday January 2nd
  • Program will run from 1/2-2/11  (12 sessions + 1 bonus session on 2/13)
  •  Cost: $360
  • **Separate Vacation week program Mon. 2/18 and Wed. 2/20 11am-12:15pm Cost-$75
  • Before starting the program, the registration form below and a waiver form must be completed.  Checks should be made out to IST for $360. Program consists of the 12 available sessions and 1 bonus session regardless of attendance. Cancellations due to weather will be made up. 
  • ***but with an individual assessment and recommendation a start time can be prorated.

Elite Speed, Agility, and Strength
This comprehensive program is designed specifically for athletic performance which is the first choice of top coaches and athletes in the world.  With our guidance, you’ll get the best out of yourself and develop an untapped potential that will shock your coaches, teammates and especially yourself!  An athlete requires specific movement skills….bursts of maximum force, speed, quickness and explosive power all with an increased need for range of motion. This program runs 3 times per week and will start January 8th.  Open to all athletes 14 years old and up.  By participating in the Athletic Synergy Off/Pre-Season program, the athletes will improve their:

  • Strength, Speed, and Explosive Power
  •  Agility, and Running Mechanics
  • Core Stability, Balance, and Injury Prevention
  • Flexibility, Range of Motion
  • Proper Rest and Active Recuperation
  • Mental Focus and Preparation
  • Cardiovascular Endurance and Stamina
  • Body Composition and Nutritional Knowledge                      

Program is open to all Athletes 14 years old and up and will run monthly 3 times a week for a total of 12 sessions per month.

Start Dates:

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays 6pm to 7pm, Saturdays 10am-11am

  • Starts Jan. 8th and runs to Feb.9th (15 sessions)

  • Cost: $450

  • Make up/Bonus session Feb.-12th

  • A start time can be prorated based on an assessment session and a recommendation.

The Athletic Pitcher Program - For the High School Athlete
The Athletic Pitcher Program is proven to help participants maximize their potential and raise their on-field performance. The program was developed at a facility in Texas which has seen 31 of its clients drafted by professional teams in the last 5 years.  These training techniques also have been adopted by a number of minor league, college and high school programs.  This training program is designed to increase a pitcher’s velocity and arm strength while at the same time decreasing the likelihood of injury. 

The Athletic Pitcher Program difference lies in the approach.  Our goal is not to limit the explosive movements that are required to push the envelope as a throwing athlete; instead, we strive to prepare the athlete’s body and arm to achieve their maximum potential.  Athletes who participate in the off-season training program will see improvement in the following areas:

  • Velocity: Many athletes see 3 to 4 MPH gains in 3-4 weeks
  • More life to all pitches: w/ sharper, later movement
  • Shorter recovery time: Get back to 100% in less time
  • Injury Prevention: Pre-hab and Care of the Arm
  • Cardiovascular Endurance and Stamina
  • Strength, Elasticity and Range of Motion
  • Confidence and Mental Toughness

Training Sessions can be tailored to fit the needs of individuals, ranging from Little League to college and prospective professional athletes.  Both Pitchers and Position Players have benefited from the workouts in the past.

Forever Young Program
How many of you say to yourself I wish I could feel like I did 10, 20, 30 years ago?  Modern society in the information age forces most adults to sit at a desk or in a car, stare at screens and move less and less all the time.  This takes a toll on our body because we were made to move.  No wonder we gain weight and get injured so often when we try to actually pick something up or play a sport.  This program is designed specifically for the adult who wants to perform better at everyday tasks whether that means at work, a field, a court, on ice or just playing with their kids or grandchildren. We all see older athletes in pro sports playing longer and feeling younger. Although some of their methods might be questionable, the fact is that the science of training has advanced greatly in recent years. Athletics and everyday movements require skills that need preparation and practice. By participating in the Athletic Synergy “Forever Young Program”, the adult athletes will improve their:

  • Flexibility, Range of Motion and Injury Prevention
  • Energy levels
  • Core Stability and Strength
  • Balance and Coordination
  • Strength, Speed, and Power
  • Proper Rest with Active Recuperation
  • Cardiovascular Endurance and Stamina
  • Body Composition and Nutritional Knowledge                      

Program is open to Adult Athletes 25 years old and up and will run  twice a week for a total of 12 sessions over 6 weeks.

  • Full time personal trainer and specializes as a speed and strength coach.
  • Certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
  • Founded Athletic Synergy LLC where he uses over ten years experience training athletes with the main focus to increase overall athleticism and strength to enhance
    any given athletes performance and ability.
  • Coached and trained athletes of all kinds and also played baseball and hockey at
    New Hampshire College (now Southern NH University).
