IST Sports Headquarters Pro Staff offers year-round baseball skills development and fitness options for high school players. In addition to the programs below you can email istkatz22@yahoo.com for individual and small group baseball and fitness training at anytime

Westport High School\Legion advanced baseball  Winter pre-season training.

All programs supplement Sunday evening Staples High School team training and provide players with additional Professionally run skills development programs.

2020 WINTER TRAINING PROGRAM

Freshman-Seniors
Options include Monday or Tuesday evening hitting and Sunday defensive training
Players that are interested in additional pitching and catching training are able to choose those options along with the team training programs being offered

Mondays offensive training 8-9PM at Staples Fieldhouse
Dates: Monday  January 6 13,20,27 February 3,10,24 March 2,9
Sunday Defensive training: 9 weeks on Sunday from 9:30 am  to 10:45 am at the Staples Fieldhouse

7th-12th Grade Winter Pitching program
Coaches:  Todd Lyons, additional coaches will be added as needed
Program focuses on increasing velocity, injury prevention, decreased recovery time and increased strength and mobility.
8 sessions on Fridays from 7PM to 8:30PM at I.S.T. Sports Headquarters
Dates: 10,17,24,31 February 7,14,28 March 6
Players 7th to 12th grade welcome Players will be broken down into groups by ability.
