IST's Brooke Russ Field Hockey program is for girls grades 2-8th looking to build a solid foundation for competing on the field over time. Players will work on passing and receiving, proper grips and posture, ball and stick control, fundamental individual stick control and participate in instructional game play.
At Duke University, Brooke served as a team captain, was twice named to the All-ACC team as well as named as a two time All-South Region Conference selection. In addition to her playing accomplishments, Coach Russ was an assistant coach for the Emmaus High School team that went undefeated in 2010 and on to win the League, District and the PIAA Class 3A State Championship.
